The Burpee Broad Jump is the fourth station in HYROX and covers 80 metres of forward movement. Athletes perform continuous burpee broad jumps — dropping to the floor, completing a burpee, then jumping forward as far as possible. This station is widely regarded as one of the most gruelling in HYROX, combining full-body strength with cardiovascular endurance.

The fastest burpee broad jump times in HYROX history sit around 2:30–3:30 for elite men and 3:00–4:30 for elite women. Jump distance per rep is critical — athletes who average 2+ metres per jump complete the 80m distance in roughly 40 jumps, while shorter jumpers may need 55–65 reps.
