The Farmers Carry is the sixth station in HYROX, requiring athletes to carry heavy kettlebells or dumbbells for 200 metres. Men carry 2×24kg (Pro) or 2×16kg (Open), while women carry 2×16kg (Pro) or 2×12kg (Open). This station tests grip endurance, core stability, and walking pace under load.
